Where is the Skin & Laser Clinic?
The Skin & Laser Clinic is a private clinic located within the ‘eforea spa’ at the Hilton Hotel. Follow the signs from the entrance to the spa.
Is this a doctor led clinic?
Yes, Dr Rami Salib is a highly qualified Consultant Ear, Nose & Throat Surgeon, and Associate Professor with over 20 years’ experience in ENT.
Are consultations free?
Yes all of our consultation are free, we only require a £20 booking deposit.
What is a booking deposit?
The clinic requires a £20 booking deposit for consultations and treatments. Until this deposit has been paid no appointment is secured.
The deposit can be redeemable against treatments, products and vouchers.
Cancellation policy?
We understand that things come up! To ensure the best service for all of our clients, we respectfully request at least 48-hours notice to be given for any appointment cancellation.
If an appointment is not cancelled within this time frame or you do not turn up to the appointment, regretfully the booking deposit will be forfeited or a session on a pre-paid course will be deducted.
If you loose your deposit due to inadequate notice of change or cancellation to a booking a further deposit will need to be taken prior to being able to book another appointment.
Is there parking?
Yes we offer FREE parking, clients should park in the main car park of the Hilton hotel at the Ageas bowl. There is a barrier at the entrance of the car park which will rise as you enter and a code for the exit barrier will be provided to you by the clinic staff as you leave.
* Please allow plenty of time for parking as there may be events at the Ageas Bowl.
Feedback
Any feedback is much appreciated, both positive and negative. Feedback is used to review and improve quality of service. You may submit feedback verbally, via email, via the clinic website or via Google reviews.
What is the refund policy?
If you have pre-paid for a course of treatments but subsequently decided that you no longer want to go ahead, we will provide you with a full refund less 10% to cover admin costs. You have 14 days in which to do this from the date of your initial purchase with the added proviso that no treatments have been used from the course.
Subsequent to the 14 day cooling off period our refund policy, (set out above) will apply.
If you cannot continue with treatment for a medical reason, and proof of this will need to be provided from your GP or hospital, we will credit your account or supply a gift voucher which can be used for other treatments.
