At Skin & laser clinic we endeavour to provide our clients with an exemplary service and great customer experience. But we understand that things don’t always go to plan . We aim to try and resolve any issues or concerns quickly and informally, so please discuss these with us. If however you wish to submit a formal complaint about any aspect of your service with the Clinic, this should be made in writing to info@skin-laser-clinic.co.uk. The complaint will be acknowledged within 7 working days. The complaint will be investigated with a response and proposed resolution within a 30 working day period.
