Rami is a Consultant Ear, Nose & Throat Surgeon and Associate Professor of Rhinology with over 20 years experience in Paediatric & Adult ENT. He practises within the NHS (University Hospital Southampton) and runs a private ENT clinic at Spire Southampton Hospital. He has a specialist interest in the management of nasal airway, nasal polyps, sinusitis, allergy, snoring, and obstructive sleep apnoea. 

He performs minimally invasive endoscopic sinus surgery and nasal plastic surgery, including non-surgical rhinoplasties. Rami also has a major academic interest and leads the Upper Airway Research Group at the University of Southampton. His research program is focused on improving understanding of disease mechanisms in chronic sinusitis, and developing novel treatments for the condition.
